At the front of the house you have a view of the salt lakes of La Mata and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
The lovely 14 km long sandy beach of Guardamar is about a 10 minute drive away. Also the beautiful cities such as Alicante, Elche and Murcia, which are definitely worth a visit, are within max. 50 minutes drive.

The apartment is located on the 1nd floor. You reach the front door via a staircase.

In the Spanish village of Rojales there is a lively market every Thursday. The beautiful beach of Guardamar or La Marina can be reached within 15 minutes. Also the beautiful cities of Alicante, Elche and Murcia are located within 30-45 minutes drive. Definitely worth a visit.
The villa has 3 floors: the ground floor with spacious garage and a fully furnished guest house with living room and bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor is the very spacious living/dining room with closed kitchen. The master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom en suite are located on this floor. There is a separate guest toilet. On the 2nd floor there are 3 more bedrooms and the very large family bathroom.
At the front of the house, where the sun rises, you will find a fantastic terrace with sublime views over the golf course and the surrounding urbanizations.
On the large sunny terrace behind the house, adjacent to the living room and kitchen, there is a view of the Vega Baja. Here you can certainly spend many hours while enjoying a nice drink. Enjoy breakfast outside in the morning. And then take a lovely dip in your private pool. Enjoy sunbathing on one of the loungers, is that enjoyable or not? In the evening, light the BBQ and your day can't go wrong. You can, especially in the summer period, enjoy the evening when there will be many fireworks to see.

The lovely private pool is very sheltered. There are several terraces with seating. There is also a covered terrace by the living room with a beautiful view over the Vega Baja. You can always choose: in or out of the sun.

The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning which can be converted to heating in the winter period.
The entire area is walled.
After a relaxing day at the beach or after exploring the beautiful interior: light the BBQ in the evening, put on a nice piece of meat or fish, salad and a glass of wine: what more could you want during your holiday.
The village of Rojales, where all amenities are, is nearby. There is a lively market here on Thursdays and in Benijòfar the market is on Tuesdays.
The beautiful beach of Guardamar (14km long sandy beach) is just a 15 minute drive from the house.
The beautiful La Marquesa golf course is located in Rojales.
Due to its favorable location, this house is an excellent place to spend the winter.
The shops, terraces, restaurants and entertainment venues are nearby. There are enough options to choose whether you want to be in the sun or the shade. There is a lot of privacy. At the private pool there is a large terrace with artificial grass with ample lounging and seating options.

Light the BBQ in the evening and your day can't go wrong. And then, especially in the summer period, enjoy seeing many fireworks in the evening.
