Lying by the private pool (10×5) you will enjoy the peace and quiet and you can fully recharge your batteries.

There is an outdoor kitchen by the pool where you can sit in the shade and enjoy the view of the house, pool and garden.
When you light the BBQ in the evening, a nice piece of meat, fish or prawns on it, a nice salad, a nice drink. What better way to end another wonderful holiday day?

The entire property is fenced, the garden has palm trees and other tropical plants.

In addition, from the very spacious roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the rural surroundings with the mountains in the background.

Surroundings

In the villages of Catral and Callosa de Segura, which are approximately 5 km away, you will find all amenities such as supermarkets, good restaurants where you can eat for a very reasonable price, cozy terraces, etc.

There is a lively market every Saturday in Catral and on Wednesdays in Callosa. On every other day of the week there is a market in the surrounding towns.

Within half an hour you can be on one of the beautiful beaches of La Marina or Guardamar.

During the day, explore the area, have a nice day doing nothing at your own private pool or go to the beach. A trip to the nearby cities of Elche, Alicante or the beautiful city of Murcia is also a good idea to spend the day pleasantly.

The house, type finca, is situated on a fenced plot of over 2,400 m2, in the countryside. Yet close to the real Spanish villages of Catral, Dolores. The large nature reserve El Hondo is nearby. Here usually live large colonies of birds and cycle paths are being constructed from Santa Pola.

Around the villa is a large, beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden with various types of palms, lemon and orange trees and beautiful flowering plants and shrubs. There are walking paths meandering through the garden and there are several nice corners. The entire property is fenced and there is a lot of vegetation, so plenty of privacy.

The villa has centrally controlled air conditioning and is suitable for 6 people.

The house is situated in the middle of the fields and farms, with a few villas together. The area is excellent for walking and cycling.

In the village of Catral, which is about 3 km away, all amenities are available such as supermarkets, good restaurants. Where you can eat for a very reasonable price, cozy terraces, etc. Every day of the week there is a market somewhere in a village nearby.
