Lying next to the private pool (10×5) you can enjoy the peace and quiet in complete privacy and recharge your batteries.
Around the villa is a large, beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden of approx. 3,000 m2. With various types of palms, lemon and orange trees and beautiful flowering plants and shrubs. There are meandering paths through the garden and there are several nice terraces. The entire property is fenced and there is a lot of vegetation, so plenty of privacy.
The villa has air conditioning.
There is ample space at the house to park the car (covered).
The house is situated in the middle of lemon and pomegranate plantations and farms, with a few villas together. The area is excellent for walking and cycling.
In the village of Albatera, which is about 4 km away, all amenities are available. Such as supermarkets, good restaurants where you can eat for a very reasonable price, cozy terraces, etc. In addition, there is a cozy market on Thursdays.

In the evening, light the BBQ on one of the terraces, enjoy large prawns, a piece of meat or fish and a fresh salad, a nice drink and your day can't get any better.
