Via the enclosed lower terrace with small garden area, you go up a staircase of 9 steps to the covered upper terrace. The terraces are facing south.
The entrance door gives access to the cozy living room with comfortable sofas and the dining area. In the hallway behind it is a bathroom with shower, a wardrobe, the stairs to the lower floor, then you enter the closed kitchen. This is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator with separate freezer, oven, coffee maker and you can prepare the most delicious dishes on the ceramic hob. The washing machine and the boiler are in the utility room behind it.
The 2 very spacious bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes, are on the ground floor. Here is also a spacious bathroom with bath, sink, bidet and toilet.
All rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan.
