Brand new beautiful, luxury, detached villa in Los Montesinos, Alicante province.
This great house was completed in April 2022 and is therefore completely new. The villa is located in a young neighborhood under construction, with charming typical Spanish houses on the other side.
About 15 minutes away you will find all kinds of nice beaches.
The beautiful Laguna Rosa, a pink lake where you can regularly encounter flamingos, is located close to the house.
Alicante airport is approximately 35 minutes away.
The supermarket is within walking distance and about 10 minutes away you will find a nice shopping centre which also has a large supermarket.
Through the entrance you enter the luxuriously furnished living room with sitting and dining area and open kitchen which is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and a wine cooler.
