The village of San Miguel de Salinas is about a 5-minute drive from the house. Here you will find all amenities, many restaurants and terraces. The city and beach of Torrevieja are a short fifteen-minute drive away. 6 beautiful golf courses can be reached within 10 minutes. In short, an ideally located holiday home. On Wednesdays there is a large weekly market in the village and on Saturdays there is a large flea market at the "castle" of the village, towards Rebate.

On foot You enter the site through a locked gate and immediately see the beautiful garden with swimming pools. The houses are situated around this.
Once through the front door you enter a hallway that gives access to the modern, fully equipped kitchen with utility room, a separate guest toilet and the stairs down to the garage and up to the bedrooms. In the living/dining room there is a comfortable sofa with 1 loose chair and a round dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge with separate freezer, combination microwave, coffee maker and you can prepare the most delicious dishes on the ceramic hob. In the utility room there are a washing machine and dryer.
The 2 spacious bedrooms, with fitted wardrobes, are on the upper floor. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with bath en suite and a private terrace with access to the large, sunny roof terrace with super views of the Mediterranean Sea, salt lakes and the swimming pools. The guests of the other bedroom use a bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
The car can be parked covered in its own closed parking space. In this parking garage there is also a door that gives access to the house.
