You enter the spacious living room with a cozy sitting and dining area. The luxurious open kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor hood and Senseo coffee machine. From the comfortable sitting area there is a beautiful view of the garden and the pool.
Through a hall you reach the bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a large built-in wardrobe, TV and an ensuite bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet. There are also 2 guest rooms with built-in wardrobe, large windows and direct access to the terrace and the pool. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds (180×200).
Opposite the 2 guest rooms is the 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The house has a central air conditioning system, which can be adjusted per room.
From the villa you walk onto the beautifully landscaped spacious terrace with the 22m2 heated L-shaped swimming pool as a showpiece. Here is a jacuzzi area with bench built in.
From the garden a staircase leads to the spacious roof terrace (approx. 55m2!!), from where there is a fantastic view over the salt lakes. On the roof terrace is an outdoor kitchen.
