The house has many terraces, open and covered, in or out of the sun, you can choose. In the main house there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and in the guest house, with its own entrance, there is also 1 large bedroom and a luxurious bathroom.
Guests can use the spacious communal swimming pool with sun terrace.
Due to the very favorable sun and wind position (due south), this house is very suitable for wintering.
The 14 km long beach of Guardamar can be reached in 10-15 minutes drive. In Rojales there is a lively market every Thursday.

Once through the gate you will immediately see a lovely large sunny terrace on the right with behind it the passage to the separate guest house. With a small staircase (4 steps) you enter the light, sunny house. On the left is the fully equipped open kitchen including oven, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine etc. Immediately next to this is the fully equipped living/dining room which is cosily furnished with a large comfortable sofa and the dining area.
Through the back exit you reach the spacious inner patio. With a staircase you can reach the lovely sunny roof terrace with beautiful views over the urbanization, in the distance the salt lakes and the Mediterranean Sea. In the tower on the roof terrace is an extra storage space.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms in the main house, with ample closet space. There is a spacious bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
The guest house below, with its own entrance, is accessible via the terrace. Here are 1 spacious bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower.
The living room and 2 bedrooms have air conditioning and fans. For the winter period there is a wall gas heater in the living room and bathroom. The air conditioning can also be used as heating.
Guests can use the available WIFI free of charge.
It is a NON-SMOKING house. Smoking allowed outside.
