Because the house is entirely on one level, the quiet and central location with all amenities within walking distance, the many sunny spots and privacy, this house is also very suitable for wintering.
A small staircase leads to the covered terrace with access to the house. On this lovely terrace with lounge set you can enjoy the view of the golf course and the mountain of Rojales.
You enter the very spacious living room with cozy, snugly furnished sitting area with gas fireplace and dining area. Next to the dining room is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped, with fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and electric hob with extractor.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160×200 and 180×200) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90×200 and 90×180). The rooms are fresh and cozy.
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin and towel heating rack.
The living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning.
