This cozy and modern furnished apartment (approx. 60m²) with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, roof terrace, communal pool and views of the mountains and the golf course, is very conveniently located within walking distance of the La Marquesa golf course, the supermarket, various restaurants and shops. The beautiful beach of Guardamar is approx. 8 km from the house.
The apartment is located on the 1nd floor. You reach the front door via a staircase.
You enter the cozy and bright living room with sitting area, dining area and open kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric hob and washing machine. From the living room you have access to the terrace through a sliding door.
The bathroom and 2 bedrooms can be reached via a small hallway. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160×200 and 140×200) and a closet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower, sink and toilet.
The spacious roof terrace (approx. 30m²) can be reached via a staircase on the outside. Here is a cozy sitting area, dining area and sun protection. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the golf course and the mountains.
