The shops, terraces, restaurants and entertainment venues are nearby. There are enough options to choose whether you want to be in the sun or the shade. There is a lot of privacy. At the private pool there is a large terrace with artificial grass with ample lounging and seating options.
The villa has 2 floors: the main house has a very spacious living-dining room with open kitchen. On this floor there is a guest toilet, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The ground floor, which you can reach via a separate entrance or via the stairs inside, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
On the large sunny terrace, adjacent to the living room and with a view of the Vega Baja, you will certainly spend many hours enjoying a nice drink. Enjoy a delicious breakfast outside in the morning, then take a lovely dip in your private pool, sunbathe on one of the sunbeds, is that great or not? Light the BBQ in the evening and your day can't go wrong. And then, especially in the summer period, enjoy seeing many fireworks in the evening.
The car can be parked on private property in a closed area.

Through the front door you enter the cozy living-dining room with very comfortable, modern furniture. The modern open kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, combi microwave and ceramic hob. In short, equipped with all the luxury that one could wish for on a holiday. The surface of these rooms is over 70m2.
From the living room you can reach the 2 spacious bedrooms, all with single beds (the master bedroom has been combined into 1 large double bed). There is also a bathroom with shower.
In the basement are the other 2 bedrooms and a separate bathroom with shower and a separate room with, among other things, the washing machine and dryer.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
There is air conditioning in all rooms except 1 bedroom, but separate air conditioning/heating is provided for that bedroom.
The house is ideal for a wonderful holiday with 2 families or a large family.
Due to its favorable location, this house is an excellent place to spend the winter.
