On the ground floor is the very spacious and cozy living room with spacious sitting and dining area and the luxurious open kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances, such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, extractor hood and wine cooler.
From the living room you have access through a sliding door to the cozy garden on the southwest where you can enjoy the pool. The garden is furnished with a cozy sitting area, dining area and sun beds. The terrace has a sunshade, so you can also sit out of the sun.
On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and Smart TV, luxury bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet.
On the 1nd is the 2ndnd bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. From the bedroom you have access to the large roof terrace.
On the sunny roof terrace it is lovely to sit with a beautiful view of the mountains. You can have a delicious breakfast or dinner here at the beautiful dining area. There is a nice outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also separate tableware that you can use on the roof terrace. There is also a separate cupboard with the washing machine and dryer. The terrace is equipped with a sunshade. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the mountains.
