On the ground floor of the house is the spacious and cozy living room with sitting area and dining area and access to the luxurious open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and electric hob.
From the living room you have access to a covered area behind the house with a separate storage room with toilet and washing machine.
On the 1nd floor are 2 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed (160×200) and a closet and 1 room with a single bed (90×200) and a dressing table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower, washbasin and toilet.
On the 2nd floor is another spacious bedroom with double bed (160×200), a closet and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower with rain shower, washbasin and toilet. From this room you have access to the lovely roof terrace with a seat and 2 sunbeds. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the area.
