The sunny, modern apartment that we have for rent is located on the 3nd (top living floor) with elevator. On the 4nd th floor is the private roof terrace.
Guests can use 3 communal swimming pools with plenty of opportunities to sunbathe on the artificial grass around the pools. Furthermore, there is a paddle court (paddles available) for the tenants, a jeu de boules court, a playground for the smallest guests.
Due to the very favorable sun and wind position (due south), this house is very suitable for wintering.
All facilities, many restaurants and terraces are within walking distance. The beaches of Cabo Roig (approx. 7 km.) and Playa Flamenca (approx. 6 km) are easily accessible by car. The golf course of Villamartin is 1.7 km away. The lively entertainment centre of Villamartin is only 1.5 km away. The large shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard is 4.5 km away.

Via the central entrance you can take the elevator or stairs to the apartment (75m2) which is equipped with central air conditioning for cooling in the summer and warmth in the colder winter months. You can park your car in the underground parking garage on the private parking space.
You enter through the fully equipped open kitchen including the dining area, an oven, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, Dolche Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher etc. Behind this is the sitting area. On the adjacent sunny, covered terrace you have a fantastic view over the complex with the swimming pools and to the Mediterranean Sea.
The washing machine and boiler are in a separate closet.
By stairs or elevator you can reach the lovely sunny private roof terrace with beautiful views.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms, with ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and has access to the covered terrace and the guests of the other bedroom have their own bathroom
