It is about a 10 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura. There are daily lively markets in the surrounding towns and on Tuesdays in Benijófar. On the large covered terrace, adjacent to the living room, you will certainly spend many hours enjoying a nice drink. Have breakfast in the sun in the morning and then read a book on the lounge set. In the evening, have a nice BBQ on the large sunny roof terrace and your day can't go wrong. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and is equipped with air conditioning in the living rooms and is luxurious and very tastefully decorated.

Through the large lower terrace with nice garden furniture you enter a spacious, cozy guest apartment, with air conditioning, with nice large sitting area and a separate dining area and open, fully equipped kitchen. Here are 2 double bedrooms and a luxury bathroom with spacious walk-in shower.
With a staircase of 18 steps you go to the main house where the spacious living/dining room, with air conditioning, equipped with luxury furniture. Adjacent to this is a lovely large covered terrace with dining area and lounge set. On the other side of the living room is the large luxury kitchen with among other things fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave. Delicious cooking, does not have to be a problem here.
On this floor is the master bedroom and a spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture.
If you go up the stairs, there is the large sunny roof terrace with the fixed charcoal BBQ. Here is also a separate room where the washing machine is located.
The house has double glazing, air conditioning in the living room and in the living room downstairs.
