The house of approx. 100m2 is suitable for 6 people, is fully furnished and stands on a plot of 436m2. The house is located in a quiet, residential area with a beautiful wide view of the mountains and the valley. There is a spacious private swimming pool of 8×4 with lovely terraces and offers a lot of privacy. The villa has central heating and air conditioning in all rooms. This can be converted to warm air for the winter months so that it is pleasant in the house to hibernate.
There is a TV with Chromecast. There are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size waterbed. Finally, there is also the lovely sunny roof terrace from where you look out over the neighbourhood and the mountains in the distance.
In the village of Bigastro you will find all amenities. Such as restaurants, terraces, banks, supermarkets etc. On Thursday there is a market.
Bigastro further focuses on the nearby medieval city of Orihuela, where there are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and terraces. You can reach this place in about 5 minutes by car. Here you can certainly immerse yourself in the many local festivals that are held there. The beach of Guardamar del Segura, Orihuela Costa or Torrevieja is a short half hour drive (approx. 25 km). During the day you can explore the area, have a day of doing nothing at your own private pool or go to the beach. A trip to the interior or the nearby cities of Elche, Alicante or the beautiful city of Murcia is also a good idea to spend the day pleasantly. In the evening, light the BBQ, have a glass of wine and your day can't go wrong.
