For a fee you can use a public swimming pool 150 meters away, with separate children's pool, and tennis courts. There are also a number of jeu de boules courts nearby. In short: here you can enjoy a wonderful holiday. A number of terraces, shops and restaurants are about a 5 to 10 minute walk away, a supermarket, in a commercial center, is 800m away. On the boulevard of La Mata there are also a few good restaurants and nice terraces. There is also a public transport connection to Torrevieja and La Mata nearby.
A footpath along the sea takes you to the beautiful beach of La Mata (approx. 500m).
Due to its very favorable location in relation to the sun and all facilities, this apartment is also very suitable for wintering.
Every Wednesday morning there is a large weekly market in La Mata and on Fridays a very large market in Torrevieja.
