The house has a covered and spacious uncovered terrace at the front of the apartment.
The entrance door gives access to the cozy living room with comfortable sofa, armchair and dining area. Behind this is the kitchen with a passage to the spacious covered utility room where the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher are located. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with separate freezer, oven, microwave and coffee maker. You can prepare the most delicious dishes on the electric hob.
The master bedroom and guest bedroom each have their own bathroom: 1x with shower and 1x with bath with separate shower area.
The living room has air conditioning for cooling in the summer and which can also be used for heating in the winter.
Guests can use the available WIFI.
There is parking space in front of the door.
