On the ground floor is the very spacious living-dining room. The sleek, modern, open luxury kitchen, with cooking island with recessed extractor hood, has a spacious refrigerator, separate freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob.
Cooking delicious food doesn't have to be a problem here.
The entire sliding wall can be opened so that the sunny terrace becomes part of your living space.

It is about a 10-minute drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura. There are daily lively markets in the surrounding towns. The golf course La Marquesa is a 2-minute drive from your holiday villa. In Rojales itself there is a nice market every Thursday morning.
The beach and all amenities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and terraces are easily accessible from here.
