On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining room. The sleek, modern, open luxury kitchen, with cooking island, has a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave. Delicious cooking, does not have to be a problem here. Here is also a spacious master bedroom, with en suite a luxurious, glass bathroom with walk-in rain shower.
Upstairs are 2 spacious double bedrooms, 1 with its own sun terrace. These guests use the 2nd luxury bathroom also with walk-in rain shower.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
There is a separate guest toilet.
In the large basement there is a separate room with a pool table. The washing machine, dryer and ironing board etc. are also located here.
There is an air conditioning/heating system throughout the house. There are electrically operated shutters everywhere.

On the large sunny terrace, adjacent to the living room, you will certainly spend many hours enjoying a nice drink. Enjoy breakfast outside in the morning, then take a dip in your private swimming pool (heated), with a view of the Mediterranean Sea, sunbathe on one of the sunbeds, is that enjoyment or not? Light the BBQ in the evening and your day can't get any better.
It is about a 10 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura. There are daily lively markets in the surrounding towns. In Rojales itself there is a nice market every Thursday morning.
The beach and all amenities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants and terraces are easily accessible from here. Within 2 minutes by car you are at the golf course or in Rojales.
Guests can use the free WiFi.
The car can be parked in a locked area.
It is a non-smoking house.
