The house has a spacious living-dining room and a modern, open luxury kitchen, with a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob. Delicious cooking does not have to be a problem here.
On the ground floor there is also a guest bathroom with shower and the stairs to the upper and lower floors (where the washing machine, ironing board and iron are located).
Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms (with air conditioning) and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Through the children's bedroom you can go to the lovely spacious roof terrace with a wide view of the entire area.
There is also a sunny terrace, with a comfortable lounge set, adjacent to the living room. From there you go with a staircase to the small garden and through a gate you can walk to the street. On this terrace you will certainly spend many hours enjoying a nice drink.
There is a lovely communal swimming pool, with an (artificial) grass area for sunbathing, is that a treat or not? In the evening, light the BBQ and your day can't get any better.
Guests can use the WIFI free of charge at holiday rentals.
Due to its favorable location relative to the sun, the house is ideally suited for wintering.
The car can be parked in a private parking space.
