The house is located directly on the beautiful communal swimming pool, which is situated in a tropical landscaped garden with sunbathing areas. There is a separate children's pool and a large pool.
At the front of the house you have a view of the salt lakes of La Mata and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
The lovely 14 km long sandy beach of Guardamar is about a 10 minute drive away. Also the beautiful cities such as Alicante, Elche and Murcia, which are definitely worth a visit, are within max. 50 minutes drive.

Through the front garden with plants and a lovely covered terrace you enter through the front door into the hall with access to the spacious and beautifully furnished living room. At the rear is the cozy dining area and the open and modern kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and electric hob with extractor hood. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace with a view of the communal swimming pool through the sliding doors. On the ground floor is a bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and sink.
Through the hall you reach the 1st floor via a staircasend where there are 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 1 is located at the front of the house and has a double bed (160×200) and sliding doors with access to the terrace. Bedroom 2 is located at the rear and has 2 single beds (90×190) with access to a covered/lockable terrace.
On the 1nd is the 2ndnd very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine and electric heating.
Guests can use the free WiFi.
Due to its favourable (sunny) location, this house is very suitable for wintering: everything is within easy reach.
