This beautiful casita is situated in a beautiful location on the Costa Blanca South in an oasis of peace and yet close to all amenities, such as shops, restaurants, beautiful beaches, the lively Santa Pola, palm city Elche and the cozy Alicante.
In the area you can enjoy walking, cycling, golfing and paddle tennis. The airport is a 15-minute drive from the accommodation.
You enter the spacious living room with a cozy sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge with freezer, induction hob, extractor hood, oven and dishwasher.
Through a large sliding door you have access to the lovely private terrace with a seating area and a view of the pool.
From the living room you have access to the 1st bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Next to the bathroom is a spacious storage cupboard with washing machine.
The 2 spacious bedrooms are accessible via the hall.
Bedroom 1 has a double box spring bed (160×200). On request, this can be made into 2 single beds.
Bedroom 2 has a double box-spring bed (160×200), en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet, and access to the 2nd private terrace with a seating area and dining set.
There is free WIFI and the entire casita has air conditioning. The casita has parking on enclosed grounds and there is a large communal swimming pool (14×6).
The casita is situated on a spacious plot of land, where the owner also lives.
